Saturday 15 August 2026 — Round 1 (18-Hole Stroke)
- Divisions: Men’s (A, B, C Grades), Women’s, and Juniors.
- Tee Times: Hit off from the 1st tee between 7:30 am and 1:00 pm.
- Prizes: Daily competition prizes will be awarded.
- Entry Fee: $40 for members and visitors (covers green fees for the full 36-hole event, payable at registration on Saturday).
Sunday 16 August 2026 — Round 2 & Final Day (18-Hole Stroke)
- Divisions: Men’s (A, B, C Grades), Women’s, and Juniors.
- Tee Times (Non-Seeded): Hit off from the 1st tee between 7:30 am and 12:10 pm.
- Tee Times (Seeded Groups): (Scheduled at 10-minute intervals ending at 1:00 pm)
- C Grade: 12:20 pm
- B Grade: 12:30 pm
- Juniors: 12:40 pm
- Women’s: 12:50 pm
- A Grade: 1:00 pm
- Prizes: Daily competition prizes will be awarded, plus major 36-hole Scratch and Nett prizes for each grade and division.
Note: Scratch and nett prizes will be awarded in each grade or division as advertised. Competitors may win both the Scratch and Nett prizes within their entered grade or division. The Merbein Open Champion shall be the competitor returning the lowest 36-hole gross score across all grades and divisions.

- Standard tournament bookings must be made through Drummond Golf Sunraysia Golf Range by calling (03) 5022 9440 or visiting the premises on Ontario Avenue.
- +Please provide your full name and Golf Link number upon booking.
- The Drummond Golf Sunraysia Golf Range booking window closes strictly at 5:00 pm on Thursday 13 August 2026.
- If the event is not full after this Thursday deadline, late entries will remain open and will only be accepted by contacting the Merbein Golf Club directly via email at secretary@merbeingolfclub.com.au. Entries will close permanently once the field is deemed full.
