Venue is fully licenced with No BYO permitted. The venue can cater for 120 people inside & 100 outside and licenced Monday to Friday 11am to 10pm, Saturday 11am to 11pm & Sunday 11am – 9pm.

Terms and Conditions

The hire fee is payable upon confirmation of booking. Hire fee is $150. Additional costs - Bar per $30 per hour. Min 4 hours and 1 hour cleaning. Minimum of $150 to be paid on or before the booking. Full payment must be made at the conclusion of the function. Last alcohol service is 15 minutes before the daily liquor license restrictions expire. Any damage that occurs at the function will be charged to the person who booked the function. Credit card information will be obtained to cover potential costs for damage or additional cleaning. Guests are not permitted on the greens and restricted course areas. Catering is available upon request. Contact for catering package information. Special requests, such as decorations, must be confirmed in advance. Booking requests will be communicated promptly, and the Club reserves the right to decline any request based on availability or existing commitments. The Merbein Golf Club is available to hire for Patries, Anniversaries, Training, Wake's & Community Functions. Please contact the club via email to secretary@merbeingolfclub.com.au or 0447 790 949.
